Booking Online
Step 1 : pick a date, the number of customers and validate
Step 2 :create a customer account 
Step 3: check the order details, the price and correct possible mistakes 
Step 4 :read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale and specific terms and conditions
Step 5 :confirm your order 
Step 6 :proceed to the online payment of the deposit 
Step 7 :receive the confirmation email with the reference number
 

How to modify a reservation I made online ?
You may modify your reservation by logging in to your account. Modifications in the contractual hold period  will not result in the reimbursement of the deposit. However overpaid deposit is automatically credited on the bank account that was used to book. Modifications carried out after the contractual hold period will not result in the reimbursement of your deposit.
 

How to cancel a reservation I made online?
You can cancel your reservation online through your client account. Cancelling carried out in the contractual hold period   will result in the automatic reimbursement of your deposit on the bank account that was used to book, minus an administrative fee per night and per person. Cancelling carried out after the contractual hold period will not result in the reimbursement of your deposit.

Under which conditions will my deposit be refunded?
If you cancel online 3 days before the day of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded on your account minus a small administrative fee  per night and per person.


I have not received a confirmation email

You have probably made a mistake while creating your account. Send an e-mail notifying your name, the date of your reservation so that we are able to rectify your e-mail address. You may also check that the confirmation email has not been treated as a spam by your mailbox.


Can I pay online-deposit with an e-credit card or a prepaid credit card ?

Payment by e-credit card (electronic credit card, prepaid credit card) is not allowed on this website.


Can I postpone my reservation to a different date?

No, you cannot, you must cancel your reservation and make a new one.

I could not make a reservation on the date I wanted?
Many cancellations are carried out 4 days before the day of arrival, places will still be available then.


Can I give my reservation to someone ?

No, you cannot, reservations are nominative. The deposit will not be deduced of the bill to the person who will show up at the refuge instead of you, and will not be refunded.

Can I contact the hut wardens?
You can contact the hut warden to find out more about the weather conditions, the hut's equipment etc. If you are coming with a large group, please contact the hut warden. 


Can I modify or cancel my reservation by calling the hut?

The hut warden cannot cancel or modify a reservation you made online. 

How to benefit from a special rate ?
Certain customers may benefit from special rates on overnight prices. They must show the appropriate proof to benefit from such rates. If they do not, they will have to pay full price at the hut, but may ask to be reimbursed later on. You can a 50% price reduction by becoming a member of the FFCAM.
